We are looking for dedicated and caring Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and inclusive SEN school in Knowle. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and young people who require additional support to access education and thrive both academically and socially.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth
• Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual student needs
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is patient, compassionate, and resilient
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Has experience in education, childcare, care work, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable but not essential)
• Is enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference every day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
