We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant with a creative background, think art, drama, music, or performance, to support pupils in a dynamic classroom setting. For many students, learning clicks through creativity, and you’ll play a big part in making that happen.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Using creative approaches to engage students in learning
  • Bringing lessons to life through art, movement, or expression
  • Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation in a positive way
  • Working closely with teachers to adapt activities

What we’re looking for:

  • A background in art, drama, music, or another creative field
  • A confident, energetic approach
  • Someone who can think on their feet and adapt quickly
  • Experience with young people or SEND is a bonus, not essential
