Protocol Education are seeking enthusiastic and passionate students and graduates to work in both mainstream and SEN schools across Swindon. If you are studying subjects such as Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or Sports, or you generally have a passion for working with and supporting children, you have the skill set that we are looking for.
There are multiple roles available and you will work with a locally based consultant with links to all schools to find out the best fit for you. Roles include:
- Teaching Assistant
- Cover Supervisor/Unqualified Teachers
- Behaviour Support
- Tutors
- Admin
- and more.
Hours: Usually 08.30 - 15.30
The schools: Opportunities in both mainstream (Primary and Secondary) and SEN schools. Each role comes with different responsibilities which will be discussed with your Consultant. None of these roles involve planning and marking.
The Successful Candidate: Whether you have studied Education, Psychology, Sociology or something completely different, your transferable skills are required! As an individual you will be outgoing and confident in your abilities to provide the best outcomes for your students. Please note, you must be over 18 to apply. You must be adaptable, motivated, and committed to providing a caring and exciting learning environment where children are valued as individuals are challenged and enabled to reach their full potential. Although not essential, extra qualifications in training in Moving and Handling and/or Team Teach are desirable.
