Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply for a DBS check prior to employment.
