We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive school in Sutton. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them progress academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with various SEN needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional well-being.
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual student needs.
Requirements:
