What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils who need a little extra guidance
  • Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Bringing energy and creativity into classroom activities
  • Playing a real part in creating a safe, supportive space where children can thrive

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
