We are recruiting a Trainee Behaviour Support Assistant for a Sunderland specialist provision for learners with autism and complex needs. In this role you will help support pupils to understand routines and expectations with consistency and care. You’ll work within a team committed to respect, inclusivity and student-centred support, helping young people feel safe, understood and ready to engage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils to regulate behaviour and engage positively in school life.
