Not every student fits the system. This role helps the system fit the student. We’re looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support young people with EHCPs requiring additional support to re-engage with learning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing consistent, structured 1:1 support
  • Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
  • Breaking down learning into manageable steps
  • Helping students feel confident in a school setting

You’ll need:

  • Experience with SEN (autism, SEMH, or similar)
  • A calm and non-judgemental approach
