We're working with schools across South Shields and Sunderland who are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to support their classrooms throughout the academic year. Supply teaching offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to gain experience across a range of school settings while continuing to make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning. We're looking for adaptable teachers who can quickly build positive relationships and confidently deliver engaging lessons.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Maintaining positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task throughout lessons
- Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs
- Providing feedback to school staff at the end of the day
- Creating a positive learning environment wherever you work
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Flexibility and adaptability within different school environments
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across South Shields and Sunderland
- Driving is advantageous but not essential
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
