We are recruiting a Pastoral Support Mentor to work within a secondary school in Sunderland. The role focuses on supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement with learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pastoral support to pupils
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and wellbeing
- Work closely with pastoral leads and families
- Help pupils remain engaged in school life
