What you’ll be doing as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA):
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, KS2 or KS3
- Covering whole classes when required
- Leading small group interventions to raise attainment
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
- Working closely with teachers and senior leaders
