About the Role
We’re recruiting a Graduate Learning Mentor to support pupils who need help with confidence, coursework and general engagement. It’s a varied role where every day brings something different.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one sessions
- Helping with revision, organisation and study skills
- Building trusted relationships that support wellbeing
- Assisting teachers with tasks that help lessons run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate who enjoys working with young people
- Someone patient, reliable and approachable
- Good organisational and listening skills
- A willingness to learn from teachers and pastoral staff
