A specialist SEND provision is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning difficulties and additional needs.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with communication needs
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting sensory activities
- Working closely with therapists and teachers
- Maintaining safeguarding standards
Hours
- Monday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am – 3:45pm
- Wednesday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
- Friday: 8:30am – 3:15pm
Requirements
- Experience with SEND preferred
- Comfortable supporting personal care
- Full-time commitment
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
