Become an SEN Teaching Assistant – Make Every Small Step Count. Some children communicate with words. Some communicate with gestures. Some communicate through trust. We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who understand that progress isn’t always measured in grades — sometimes it’s eye contact, a smile, a new sound, or a moment of connection. This specialist school supports children with complex SEND including autism, severe learning difficulties and physical needs.

Qualifications and Requirements
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
