Re-engagement Focus Full-Time | 9:00am – 3:00pm | Long-Term

This role is about rebuilding trust, not just supporting learning. We’re working with a specialist SEN provision in Sunderland supporting young people with EHCPs, autism, SEMH needs, and communication difficulties who require dedicated 1:1 support to re-engage with education.

The role:

  • Provide consistent 1:1 support to a student with an EHCP
  • Help re-establish routines, engagement, and confidence in learning
  • Support both academic work and emotional regulation
  • Adapt approaches to meet individual needs

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
