This is a role where your presence genuinely changes outcomes. We’re working with an SEN setting supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs, many of whom need focused 1:1 support to access education again.
Key duties:
- Work 1:1 with a named student
- Support engagement with lessons and daily routines
- Use tailored strategies to meet EHCP targets
- Encourage independence and confidence

- Helping a student who may have struggled in mainstream education

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position.
