This is a role where your presence genuinely changes outcomes. We’re working with an SEN setting supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs, many of whom need focused 1:1 support to access education again.

Key duties:

  • Work 1:1 with a named student
  • Support engagement with lessons and daily routines
  • Use tailored strategies to meet EHCP targets
  • Encourage independence and confidence

The impact you’ll have:

  • Helping a student who may have struggled in mainstream education
  • Supporting them to feel safe, understood, and capable

Requirements:

  • SEN experience preferred
  • Strong communication and patience
