For some students, school hasn’t worked — yet. This role is about changing that. We’re recruiting a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with EHCPs who need targeted support to re‑engage with education.
Your role will include:
- Supporting a student on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day (9–3)
- Helping rebuild confidence and engagement
- Supporting both academic and emotional development
- Working alongside SEN professionals
