Your Role:
- Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs.
- Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a calm, inclusive environment.
- Prepare and organise resources to meet pupils’ individual learning plans.
- Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes.
We’re Looking For:
- Teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting SEN pupils.
- Experience in primary, EYFS, or SEN settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all children.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Level 3 SEN or TA qualification.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (especially on the update service).
- Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs.
- Confidence using tech to enhance learning and tracking progress.
