A warm, welcoming, and well‑established primary school in Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16) is looking to appoint a Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis. The Role

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Has experience working within a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting
- Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
- Is warm, nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children
- Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Enjoys creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences through play
- Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Has excellent safeguarding awareness and a child‑centred approach
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Support children's learning and development through high‑quality play‑based activities
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive Early Years environment
- Support children with their social, emotional, language, and physical development
- Work alongside teachers and the wider EYFS team to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Observe children's progress and contribute towards assessments where appropriate
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
