Protocol Education Ltd in Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced Pastoral Manager to support students in a secondary school from September 2026.

The role focuses on promoting positive behaviour, attendance and wellbeing across the school.

This is a full-time supply post with potential to become permanent for the right candidate; you will work closely with staff, families and external agencies to deliver high-quality pastoral support and be a calm, supportive presence for students.
