You might just be the person we’re looking for. We’re on the hunt for Teaching Assistants to support students across primary schools in Bristol. You’ll be helping pupils thrive in their learning—whether that’s one‑on‑one, in small groups, or supporting the wider classroom. • Creating a calm, inclusive learning environment
  • Bringing positivity, patience, and a sense of humour to every school day

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s caring, confident, and loves a challenge
  • Previous experience with SEN—or a genuine willingness to learn
  • People from sports, coaching, youth work, or psychology backgrounds are especially welcome
  • A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one

Why join Protocol Education:

  • Weekly pay and flexible hours to fit around your life
  • Free CPD and training to keep your skills sharp
  • Friendly, supportive consultants (we’re real people, promise!)
