You might just be the person weâre looking for. Weâre on the hunt for Teaching Assistants to support students across primary schools in Bristol. Youâll be helping pupils thrive in their learningâwhether thatâs oneâonâone, in small groups, or supporting the wider classroom. You will also be working in mainstream classes, supporting the class teachers in the delivery of the lessons. Experience with SEN is a bonusâbut not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. Maybe youâve done youth work, sports coaching, or youâre studying psychology? If you know how to build rapport and motivate young people, youâre halfway there.
