Protocol Education are on the lookout for energetic, confident, and sport-savvy support staff to join our team.
You’ll use your coaching skills to engage pupils in and out of lessons, help manage behaviour, and bring energy and structure to school days. It’s the perfect step if you’re thinking about teaching, youth work, or education support. You\’ll be working in schools across North Bristol, spanning areas such as Horfield, Southmead, Patchway, Henleaze and more.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in PE lessons and across the curriculum

Working with individuals or small groups who need extra motivation

Supporting teachers with activities and classroom routines
