A lively primary school in BS3 is looking for a Sports Teaching Assistant to support PE lessons and active learning across the school. If you love being on your feet, building rapport quickly, and keeping pupils engaged, you’ll thrive here. This is a role where your enthusiasm sets the tone. What your day will involve Support PE lessons, playground activities, and classroom learning that incorporates movement and engagement. Help keep pupils focused, motivated, and enjoying their learning experience. Work with small groups or individuals who benefit from a more active, hands‑on approach, helping them channel their energy in a positive way. Behaviour support and engagement as well as sport. The ideal candidate Energetic, confident, and great at building relationships quickly. Possibly a background in sports coaching, fitness, or youth work. Understanding how to use activity as a tool to support behaviour and engagement, and comfortable working with pupils of all abilities. Bringing positivity, structure, and a bit of fun to everything you do.
