What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and skills
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
  • Creating tailored therapy plans that actually work in a classroom setting
  • Helping children feel heard, understood, and ready to learn
