Looking to make a real difference, not just fill a role? We’re working with a welcoming, community-driven primary setting with a dedicated resource base, supporting children with additional needs. They’re on the lookout for an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can bring calm, consistency, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils who need that extra bit of care. This is a role where relationships matter. You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to engage with learning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
  • Supporting communication, emotional regulation, and engagement
  • Working closely with class teachers and SEND staff
  • Helping create a structured, nurturing environment
  • Tracking progress and celebrating small wins (the ones that really count)
