A welcoming primary school in Patchway is looking for a full-time Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026. The role
You’ll work closely with pupils who need additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.

Formal qualifications aren’t essential. What matters most is your ability to connect with children, stay patient under pressure, and bring warmth and consistency to the school day. Experience we’d particularly value includes:
- SEN experience
- Previous work in a primary school setting
- Youth work, mentoring, coaching, care work, or community support roles

- 24 months of references covering your recent employment or experience
