Secondary schools across South Tyneside are seeking an Unqualified Teacher to support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. This Unqualified Teacher role is suitable for candidates with strong subject knowledge who are looking to gain teaching experience prior to formal teacher training.
Responsibilities- Delivering lessons to secondary-aged students
- Supporting student progress and engagement
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Working collaboratively with department staff

This Unqualified Teacher role provides valuable classroom experience and insight into secondary teaching. Appointment is subject to enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding procedures. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
