What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils who struggle with behaviour or emotional regulation
  • Learning behaviour support strategies from experienced staff
  • Helping pupils stay safe, calm and engaged
  • Supporting routines, transitions and breaktimes
  • Taking part in training and reflective practice
