What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils who struggle with behaviour or emotional regulation
- Learning behaviour support strategies from experienced staff
- Helping pupils stay safe, calm and engaged
- Supporting routines, transitions and breaktimes
- Taking part in training and reflective practice
