About the Setting
This specialist provision supports pupils who are temporarily or permanently out of mainstream education, offering personalised curriculum, qualifications (including AQA Unit Awards and Entry Level), and support towards reintegration or next steps.
Role Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your phase (Primary or Secondary).
- Differentiating instruction to meet SEMH, behaviour and learning needs.
- Support pupils to achieve qualifications and progress emotionally and academically.
- Collaborate with support staff and leadership to maintain a safe, responsive learning environment.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential.
- Experience in SEMH settings, alternative provision, PRU, or behaviour support schools preferred.
- Strong classroom presence, creativity and resilience.
- Flexible, reflective and committed to pupil progress.
