We are recruiting an SEN Teacher to support pupils with autism and complex additional needs. This role focuses on creating structured, sensory-aware learning environments that support engagement, communication and independence. You will work with small class sizes and experienced support staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering autism-friendly lessons
- Supporting communication and social development
- Creating predictable routines and structure
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants
- Supporting pupils’ emotional regulation
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Holds QTS
- Has experience with autism or complex needs
