Your role will include:
- Supporting pupils with a range of learning, communication and sensory needs
- Using structured routines and visuals to help pupils feel safe
- Adapting learning tasks to match individual strengths
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and support teams
- Being a consistent, calming presence for pupils who rely on routine
What we’re looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or higher)
- Experience supporting SEND pupils
- Patience, confidence and a nurturing approach
- Someone who drives and is happy to travel around South Tyneside
