We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within a Pupil Referral Unit supporting young people who have been excluded or require alternative provision. This role supports pupils who benefit from smaller class sizes, structure and strong relationships to re‑engage with education.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting learning activities and engagement
- Helping pupils manage emotions and behaviour
- Encouraging positive routines and attendance
This role is ideal for someone who:
