We’re looking for an inspiring Pastoral and Wellbeing Lead to nurture the emotional health and resilience of pupils in a specialist SEN school in South Shields.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a positive, inclusive culture where pupils feel safe, respected and motivated.
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through personalised pastoral care.
  • Implementing wellbeing programmes that promote independence, confidence and social skills.
  • Working closely with families, teachers and external agencies.
