We're recruiting experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistants to work within specialist provisions and mainstream resource bases across South Shields.
You'll support pupils with Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), speech and language needs and other additional needs.

Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Supporting EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Delivering interventions and structured activities
- Supporting communication and emotional regulation
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and SENCOs
- Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
Requirements
- Level 3 TA qualification
- Previous SEND experience desirable
