This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD, Autism and additional behavioural needs who require consistent, nurturing adults to help them succeed. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to creating a safe, inclusive and therapeutic learning environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

- Monday-Friday
- Working hours between 8:30am-3:30pm and 8:30am-4:30pm
- Term-time only
- Long-term position with permanent opportunities
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 and classroom support
- Promoting positive behaviour strategies
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Assisting with behaviour management plans
- Building strong, trusting relationshipsWorking alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
- Helping pupils achieve both academic and personal goals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
