An alternative provision is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support secondary-aged pupils.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting behaviour and engagement
  • Mentoring pupils on a 1:1 basis
  • Supporting attendance and routines
  • Working closely with safeguarding staff

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:15pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Recruitment Process:

  • Interview and trial day required before summer break
  • References obtained before placement confirmation

Requirements:

  • Full-time applicants only
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one
  • All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
