Your Role:

  • Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs.
  • Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a calm, inclusive environment.
  • Prepare and organise resources to meet pupils’ individual learning plans.
  • Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes.

We’re Looking For:

  • Teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting SEN pupils.
  • Experience in primary, EYFS, or SEN settings.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all children.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Level 3 SEN or TA qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (especially on the update service).
  • Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs.
  • Confidence using tech to enhance learning and tracking progress.
