What you’ll be doing:

  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve the school’s shared goals.
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, ASD, SLD, PMLD, across key stages.
  • Being a positive role model, helping pupils engage, achieve, and make personal progress.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times about pupils, families, and colleagues.
  • Celebrating successes and setting high standards for yourself and others.
  • Respecting and valuing each individual’s differences and beliefs, in line with school policies.
