Protocol Education is recruiting a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD) in a large specialist school within a well-established trust in Shropshire.

Your role will involve assisting teachers in SEN classes to help pupils access learning, build independence, and thrive in an inclusive environment.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred (experienced unqualified candidates considered)
  • Experience supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Disabilities or similar needs
  • Friendly, patient, adaptable, and reliable
  • Ability to commute reliably to Shropshire
