We are looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Hayes supporting pupils with high and complex needs.
The Role
This is a specialist position working within a SEND unit, supporting pupils with needs including ASD, ADHD and non-verbal communication. You will be working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who require a high level of consistency, patience and understanding.
Who This Role Is For
- Experience working in a SEND school, SRP, or specialist unit OR personal experience supporting someone with high SEND needs
- Confidence working with non-verbal pupils and challenging behaviour
- A calm, resilient and consistent approach
This is not a general TA role – experience with complex SEND is essential.

- Pay: £95–£105 per day
