Protocol Education is recruiting compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils across local SEND schools from September 2026. Experience is helpful but not essential, and we welcome applicants from youth work, care, coaching, mentoring, or roles supporting children with additional needs.
Role involves:
- Working with SEND, SEMH, ASD and PMLD learners
- Supporting small groups or 1:1
- Helping with communication and personal care where required
- Collaborating with teachers and SEND
