As a SEND Support Worker / Teaching Assistant, you won’t just assist with lessons—you’ll play a vital role in helping young people rebuild trust in education, develop coping strategies, and celebrate every achievement, from completing a worksheet to managing their morning routine.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and professionals to provide tailored one-to-one and group support, assist with individual education plans (IEPs), and help children access the curriculum within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
