We're working with a fantastic high-needs school in Westerhope that is looking for a compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic SEND Support Assistant to join their team this September. The school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, ADHD, communication and interaction difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils on a one-to‑one basis and in small groups
- Helping children access learning in a way that works for them
- Building positive relationships through consistency and trust

- Encouraging independence and celebrating progress, no matter how small
