We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Specialist Teacher to join our vibrant school community. Our vision, "Learning for Life", drives everything we do—we celebrate every achievement, nurture every interest, and challenge each pupil to progress, one small step at a time. You’ll be supporting pupils aged 3–19 with complex and profound learning difficulties, delivering a curriculum tailored to individual needs and abilities. You’ll work in teaching groups that embrace different learning styles, helping pupils feel safe, confident, and empowered to engage with learning and life.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Deliver inspiring lessons that reflect pupils’ needs, interests, and abilities
  • Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to support learning and personal growth
  • Work closely with parents, building strong partnerships to maximise pupil progress
  • Adapt teaching strategies for pupils with ADHD, Autism, PMLD, or other complex needs
  • Celebrate effort and achievement across all areas of the curriculum
