About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking adedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Teaching Assistant (TA) / SEND Support Worker / Youth Workerto join aspecialist SEND provision in Southend.
The school supports students with a range of needs, including:
Autism (ASD)
Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD / SLD)
Profound & Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD)
What You’ll Be Doing:
️Supporting students 1:1 or in small groupsto enhance learning and development
️Helping students build confidence and independencein a nurturing environment
️Using creative and engaging techniquesto support students’ unique learning needs
️Assisting with behaviour managementusing positive strategies
️Working closely with teachers, therapists, and parentsto ensure the best outcomes for students
