We’re looking for a SEN teaching assistant to help create a nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

Role Overview

As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be playing a vital role in supporting students in both 1:1 and small groups, to ensure that students can access learning, develop independence and implement tailored plans where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEN and SEHM.
  • Help kids who communicate differently or need extra support to feel seen and heard.
  • Support students during classroom activities and ensure their full participation and engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children (with special educational needs is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • DBS on the update service.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education.
