We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team at schools based in RM10. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Support students with EHCPs and additional learning needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs)
  • Help manage behaviour positively and effectively
  • Promote inclusion and independence within the classroom

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting)
  • A patient, calm and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA qualification) – desirable but not essential
