Job Duties:
- Assist in the educational and social development of students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Support the classroom teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual needs
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to SEN students in various subjects
- Help create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
- Relevant SEN qualification or experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
