The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties
- Provide one-to-one and small group support within the classroom
- Help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support individual learning plans
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
