Protocol Education is currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and additional learning needs in a specialist setting in Sunderland. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child reach their potential.
Your Role:
- Support pupils with Autism and communication needs
- Work 1:1 and in small groups to encourage engagement
- Support emotional regulation and social development
